If anyone is still reading — or even if anyone just started — they’ll notice that there’ve been NO updates to this site for an embarrassingly long time.  I could bore those (wonderfully tolerant, patient) people with excuses, but instead, I’m going to just explain that I’m working on getting some new software up and running along with an entirely new/different setup.  All of the entries from here will be migrated over, and there will be a few interim posts that don’t exist here added as well.  The new address will be thescblog.com (much easier to type, and not all that hard to remember)...

Oh, but how cute is Noa (pictured above)?!  She’s our fifth fur-kid.
